Welcome to LunaAiSkin. By registering as a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Overview

LunaAiSkin Membership is a subscription-based access to AI-powered skin analysis, personalized skincare insights, and member-exclusive benefits.

Membership is designed to help users understand their skin condition and make informed skincare decisions.

2. Membership Fee & Duration

• A one-time registration fee of RM49 is required to activate membership.
• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of successful payment.
• Renewal may be required to continue access to member benefits.

3. Member Benefits

As a LunaAiSkin member, you will receive:

• Access to AI Skin Analysis Reports 
• Personalized skincare recommendations
• Eligibility for exclusive product pricing
• Access to follow-up analysis and progress tracking
• Reward Credits from referral activities (if applicable)

All benefits are subject to system availability and may be updated over time.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

LunaAiSkin provides AI-assisted skin analysis based on submitted images and user inputs.

• Results are for informational and educational purposes only.
• They do not replace professional medical advice or dermatological diagnosis.
• Users are responsible for their own skincare decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the system, you agree:

• To provide accurate and truthful information
• To upload clear and unedited images for analysis
• Not to misuse or manipulate the system

LunaAiSkin reserves the right to suspend accounts in cases of misuse or suspicious activity.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

• All user data, including images and analysis results, are securely stored under LunaAiSkin.
• Data may be used in anonymized form for system improvement and AI training.
• Personal data will not be sold or shared without consent.

7. Membership Expiry & Data Policy

• Membership expires after 12 months if not renewed.
• Expired accounts may lose access to reports, benefits, and system features.
• LunaAiSkin reserves the right to remove inactive data after a certain period.

8. Reward Credit System

• Members may receive Reward Credits through referral or participation activities.
• Reward Credits are non-transferable.
• LunaAiSkin reserves the right to modify reward structures at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

LunaAiSkin is not responsible for:

- Reward Credit & Wallet Policy

1. Reward Credit System

LunaAiSkin operates a Reward Credit system where members may receive credits through participation activities, referrals, and engagement within the platform.

Reward Credits are designed as part of a user engagement and benefit system, and do not represent salary, income, or guaranteed earnings.

2. Wallet Balance

All Reward Credits will be reflected in the member’s Wallet Balance within the system.

Wallet Balance may be used for:

• Product purchases  
• Membership renewal  
• Selected service redemptions  

3. Withdrawal Request

Members may request to convert eligible Wallet Balance into cash value, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount applies  
• Processing fees may apply  
• All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review and approval  

LunaAiSkin reserves the right to approve, reject, or delay any withdrawal request for security, compliance, or verification purposes.

4. Non-Guaranteed Benefits

Reward Credits are provided as part of a promotional and engagement system.

LunaAiSkin does not guarantee any fixed return, profit, or financial outcome from participation.

5. Account Compliance

Any misuse of the system, including fraudulent referrals or manipulation of activities, may result in:

• Suspension of account  
• Cancellation of Reward Credits  
• Forfeiture of Wallet Balance  

6. Policy Adjustment

LunaAiSkin reserves the right to adjust Reward Credit structures, withdrawal conditions, and wallet policies at any time without prior notice.
