1. Shipping Coverage

LunaAiSkin currently ships within Malaysia.

International shipping may be available for selected countries and is subject to additional charges and customs regulations.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
• East Malaysia: 5–10 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or through the member account dashboard where applicable.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

LunaAiSkin shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify LunaAiSkin within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the matter.
