RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Membership Fee
   The LunaAiSkin Membership Fee (RM49) is non-refundable once the membership account has been successfully activated and access has been granted.

2. Product Returns & Exchanges
   Products purchased through LunaAiSkin may be eligible for return or exchange only under the following conditions:

* The product is received damaged or defective.
* The wrong product was delivered.
* The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos as supporting evidence when submitting a return request.

3. Return Request Period
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the parcel.

4. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Opened or used skincare products.
* Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
* Membership fees after activation.
* Promotional, clearance, or free gift items.

5. Refund Processing
   If a refund is approved:

* Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
* Processing may take approximately 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.

6. Cancellation Policy
   Membership registrations cannot be canceled once activated.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

8. Right of Decision
   LunaAiSkin reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or request additional information for any return, exchange, or refund request based on the circumstances of each case.
